My Birthday is tomorrow

I'll be old. I'm now more than half way through my 20's.

I never really had a plan as to what I'd do after uni, I just went coz everyone said I should. Then while I was there I didnt think about the future, then I left and ended up in some boring office job that was just meant to be maternity cover, but I was there for 2.5 years. Now I've been out of work for 8 months(spent 3 months travelling)and half of me just wants any job to have money and something to do, and the other half wants to go for a proper career but cant decide what it should be! though with my redundancy money about to run out the first half is winning now!

Birthdays are weird. For some reason I was an emotional wreck last night.

I'm good now. Just had a little freak out. And man it's been a while since I've had one of those. PROOF! That I'm getting old. I don't know why. It just is.

But today I'm working, going to dinner at my sister's, and then seeing a bunch of my friends. So it should be a good day.

The leading up to them is always the worst, then it's like "Whatever fuck you birthday, you can't take me down with you."

My brother was crazy until he hit 30. Then on his birthday he's was like "Oh, yeah so I'm 30. It's the new 25."
